The province's Home Renovation Savings Program, through Save on Energy and Enbridge Gas, pays eligible homeowners $100 per rough opening for ENERGY STAR-certified windows and doors.* The minimum is three window openings or one door, and a home energy assessment is required before any work starts.
Toronto homeowners can also spread the cost with the City's low-interest Home Energy Loan Program. We quote eligible products and give you the labels and invoices your application needs.
*Ontario's Home Renovation Savings Program (Enbridge Gas and Save on Energy) offers $100 per rough opening for ENERGY STAR® certified windows, doors, sliding doors and skylights, with a minimum of 3 window openings or 1 door, sliding door or skylight opening. It is open to eligible owners of detached, semi-detached, row and town homes. You must have an EnerGuide home energy assessment done by a registered energy advisor before any work begins, complete at least two eligible upgrades, and book your follow-up assessment by November 30, 2026.
